1. COURSE LEVEL

Foundational, skill-oriented certificate programme.

2. PREREQUISITE

None.

3. COURSE INTAKE & ADMISSION

Maximum 60 students will be given admission to the course based on First-Come-First-Serve basis. All the students of the MAMO College are eligible for free enrolment for the course. The enrolment notification will be issued for the course well in advance of the commencement of the course.

5. COURSE PREAMBLE

The main aim of this course is to develop skilled sports journalists. The academic program will train students in areas such as – communication skills, mass media, sports journalism, sporting events, writing skills etc. This academic program does not focus exclusively on sports journalism. However, it does deal with journalism. After completing this course, students may enter the domain of journalism. With time, students can work their way towards the sports journalism sector and build a career in this sector.
